IT Professional Services Manager

Virtu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Professional Services Manager to establish and manage our new professional services business unit. The Professional Services Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan to generate revenue and manage profit and loss for the unit.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with the established sales manager and the sales team to deliver pre-sales and post-sales services around Cisco Networking and Microsoft technologies.
Work with the finance & operations managers and their team on the administration tasks.
Attend pre-sales meetings with sales reps and assist with technical requirements gathering, scoping of works, and developing project plans.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand customer requirements and develop project proposals.
Manage project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and meet customer expectations.
Build and lead a high-performing team of technical professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
Maintain a deep understanding of the latest technology trends and industry best practices to provide strategic guidance to the sales team and customers.
Manage Virtu’s internal IT use and security.

Requirements:
Technical certification with Microsoft and Cisco is a must.
Essential 8 knowledge is a must.
At least 5 years of experience in professional services delivery, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong leadership skills with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver under tight deadlines.
ITIL Foundation certification, with additional ITIL Intermediate or Expert level certification preferred.
